Chris McGooey’s The Complete Guide to Premises Liability Litigation will save the Homeowners’ Associations and property management companies a lot of heartache. He’s very considerate of his reader; you don’t have to have a law degree to read it. But it gives you an understanding of the basics of premises security litigation. If you are involved at all with security management for residences or businesses this should be mandatory reading.
